These courses are offered in a classroom setting with hands-on instruction by a skilled Metafile instructor.
Enterprise™ V6.x Image & Workflow Only is a two-day course that will teach you how to configure and manage your image scanning and workflow system. Topics highlights include: establishing document classes, outlining a workflow, creating index forms, configuring user profiles and security, image storage requirements, converting paper documents to images, building tasks, and defining workflow automation.
 

Enterprise V6.x Report Management & Imaging is a four-day course covering the implementation and administration of a fully integrated imaging, workflow and report management system. Topics to be addressed are: determining document classes, scanning efficiency, workflow tasks, indexing automation, host application integration, security, complex queries and more.

 

MetaViewer Report Management is a two-day course focusing on the basics of managing all of your organization’s print output with MetaViewer. Topics to be covered include: indexing host reports, scanned images, Windows PC output and much more, using MetaViewer applications to publish information to users in the most efficient manner, configuring user profiles and security—and moving reports and images to alternate storage devices.

Topics covered will include indexing host reports, scanned images, Windows PC output and much more, using Metafile applications to publish information to users in the most efficient manner, configuring user profiles and security, and moving reports and images to alternate storage devices. Classes are held from 9:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break. Lodging information for all locations is available upon completion of the registration process.
