Customized Training
Customized Training is a custom, one-on-one, hourly training session taught by a Metafile trainer. Our personalized training is a cost-effective training solution for clients who want training in a specific area of MetaViewer Enterprise software, new employees who need to learn how to perform a task, or existing users who just need a refresher in a certain area. Web-based Training
A private online training session in which you pick a specific function or task, and we show you how to perform it using interactive internet technology and the telephone.
Phone Training
A private interactive phone training session in which you perform the function or task at your own desk while we provide step-by-step guidance over the telephone.
On-site training
Our Support Specialists can deliver specialized training at your location. The training is based on our System Administrator class but can be tailored to include concentration in your areas of interest.
